It might be interesting from an economic perspective. Friedrich is Hertha's top earner and a sale would save his wages and give Hertha a bit of money for Lulu to spend on his transfers. Which, on average, have been pretty good. Hertha have step by step shipped off their top earners and replaced them with younger and cheaper talents. The money saved from the wages could again be re-invested in new players. I just wonder whether Friedrich would be truly Bayern material?
