Jan: I read that too. It’s a real shame, especially since Karlsruhe’s been surprisingly good lately. There’s a surprisingly large amount of Hertha players on international duty next week. I’m planning on doing a post on it sometime this week…

They have to play Karlsruhe next Friday and Gilberto and Mineiro won't be back from Brazil's national team until Friday, so they most probably won't be able to play. And all the other players on duty for their national teams won't get a lot of rest either.
